Homeownership is important for a stable and vibrant community, and Pasco County has programs both for new homebuyers and existing homeowners. For homebuyers, we have programs that can subsidize part of your purchase price, and defer part of your impact fees. For existing homeowners, we have programs to repair your home (or replace it if it beyond repair), help you get out of foreclosure, and pay for your taxes and insurance.
