Health Facilities Authority 

  

 

 

Purpose

 

The Health Facilities Authority (HFA) was established by the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of assisting health facilities in the acquisition , construction, financing, and refinancing of their projects within the County to ensure that the citizens of Pasco County have access to adequate medical care and health facilities to improve their health and living conditions.

 

Membership

 

The HFA is composed of five (5) voting members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Members of the HFA must be residents of Pasco County.

 

 

Terms

  

Membership on the HFA shall be for a term of four (4) years. Vacancies are filled as they occur.

 

 

Meetings

  

The HFA does not conduct regularly scheduled meetings, but meets as deemed necessary by the Committee.
