Health Permits Board
PurposeThe Health Permits Board (HPB) was established by the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of conducting hearings and rendering binding decisions relevant to the issuance, denial, or revocation of any County permit issued by the Health Department.
MembershipThe HPB is composed of seven (7) voting members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners as follows:
TermsMembers of the HPB serve until removed or they resign. Members who miss two consecutive meetings shall be removed from the Board. Vacancies are filled as they occur.
MeetingsThe HPB does not conduct regularly scheduled meetings, but meets upon request by an individual who is denied a permit. |
