Land Development Code Stakeholders Committee

Purpose

The Land Development Code Stakeholders Committee (LDCSC) was established by the Board of County Commissioners in 2008 in conjunction with the Land Development Code Re-Write Action Plan. This plan was established to re-write the County’s Land Development Code to remove inconsistencies, consolidate like subject matter, and group information so as to streamline and facilitate ease of use of the Code. As part of that plan, a Stakeholders Committee was formed for the purpose of reviewing and providing input on all draft products. It is anticipated that the Re-Write Action Plan will be concluded sometime in 2010 or 2011.
