WELCOME to Community Development

The Pasco County Community Development Division administers the County's neighborhood revitalization and housing programs utilizing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP), Housing Preservation Grant (HPG), and Housing Finance Authority (HFA) funds.

Annually, we receive approximately $8 million dollars to assist the very low to moderate income citizens of Pasco County. Some of our activities are as follows (the listing is not all-inclusive):
