WELCOME to the Permits & Development Information Division

 

 

Permits & Development Information provides central intake and information services for commercial, residential, and industrial development activities within the unincorporated areas of Pasco County.

 


Functions of the division are:
1. Development Information
2. Zoning Information
3. Central intake for development applications
4. Flood damage prevention program and flood zone determinations
5. Fill Permits
6. Lot grading and as-bault plan reviews
7. Right-of-Way use permits
8. Sign permit coordination, special event permits, and temporary use permit coordination
9. Land Development Code Rewrite
