The Deferred Compensation Plan is a tax deferred savings plan that can be used at retirement to supplement your Florida Retirement System and Social Security benefits.

Pasco County provides retirement benefits for eligible employees through the Florida Retirement System (FRS). Enrollment is automatic for full-time and part-time employees.
