About Us

Our goal as a service department is to meet County space requirements while maintaining the operational functionality of County-owned or leased buildings. To that end, we constantly review requests, procedures and regulations to find the best solutions to those needs.

As a service organization, we meet the County-space requirements through space planning, construction, expansion and renovation projects. We achieve operational functionality of County buildings by performing preventative maintenance, general maintenance, repairs, and other necessary services to keep County owned facilities safe, sustainable, and in good condition for our citizens and employees.

The Facilities Management Department continues to analyze and explore our methods of operation and seek new or alternative ideas to meet our responsibilities to the County.
