The Land Development Code may be amended as the need arises pursuant to Section 163.3202 Florida Statutes. These amendments may affect any number of Plan and/or Code provisions. It is highly recommended that the Growth Management Department be consulted prior to reliance upon the Comprehensive Plan or Land Development Regulations.

Comprehensive Plan

 

The Growth Management Department is in the process of reformatting the current Pasco County Comprehensive Plan.   As each element is reformatted it will be replaced.  Any questions concerning the Comprehensive Plan should be directed to Long Range Planning Growth Management Department.
