During the past four years Pasco County has invested significant time and energy changing the way we do business to ensure efficiency, accountability and transparency during these difficult times.

We share a vision to become Florida's premier county for balanced economic growth, environmental sustainability and first class customer service.

The Board of County Commissioners developed a Strategic Plan in 2009, based on significant citizen input, that is focused on the issues you thought were most important: jobs and economic development, financial sustainability, growth management, customer service levels, transportation, and environmental protection.  As this strategic planning cycle comes to a close, we need your input on how we are doing in addressing those objectives.

We have launched an online survey (link above) to allow residents the opportunity to express their opinions. The survey will close at the end of February. In addition, we are asking citizens to attend one of the meetings below that will discuss the survey results and discuss the trends revealed by your answers:

Thursday, March 22, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Land O' Lakes Community Center, Land O' Lakes

Tuesday, March 27, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Historic Court House, Board Room, Dade City

Thursday, March 29, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, New Port Richey.

Stay tuned to this page to monitor our progress or click here to sign up for regular updates! As always, we welcome your feedback. In the meantime, you may use the  Customer Comment Card or email us at customerservice@pascocountyfl.net

Each area has its own set of initiatives and key intended results. Click the links below to learn more.
