Customer Service Levels

Pasco County will reset services and service levels and reshape the size of County government, in line with available revenues, and consistent with customer requirements and expectations, in order to provide value-added, reliable services to the County's residents, business interests, community groups, and visitors.
The Key Intended Results by which we will measure our success include:
Public/Private Partnerships - Increase the use of public/private partnerships. Implement two new partnerships for large-scale projects by 2012.
Overall Residential Satisfaction Rating - Improve residents' overall rating of the quality of services provided by Pasco County from 50% Good/Excellent to 65% by 2011 and to 75% by 2013, as measured by the National Citizens Survey (Question 12).
