About Us

The Misdemeanor Probation Program began operation January 1, 1993. This program consists of one office in New Port Richey and another in Dade City. Together, these two offices are responsible for supervising all criminal Misdemeanor Probation cases in Pasco County. The type of cases supervised include, but are not limited to, offenses such as DUI, Driving while License Suspended, Reckless Driving, Battery, Misdemeanor Drug charges, reduced felonies, and all Misdemeanor Pretrial Intervention cases.
