WELCOME to The Neighborhood Stabilization Program Site...

 

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program is a federal  grant the County received to stabilize areas by acquiring, rehabilitating or demolishing foreclosed or abandoned homes. Funds are available for homebuyer assistance and special needs housing.
