About Us

OMB's mission is to assist in overseeing the preparation of the County budget. OMB evaluates the effectiveness of agency programs, policies, and procedures, assesses competing funding demands among agencies, and sets funding priorities. OMB's desired impact on the County is to provide management and policy support to the County Commission, County Administrator, and operating departments and divisions through the preparation, review, and monitoring of County budgets; and to assist in the development, updating, and implementation of management and budget policy, including capital improvement plans.
