Land Development Code Rewrite

Pasco County is in the process of evaluating our internal development approval processes and re-writing the Land Development Code (LDC).  The scope of the re-write will include removing inconsistencies, consolidating like subject matter, and grouping information in a fashion that streamlines and facilitates ease of use.  The Comprehensive Plan also requires the development of several new ordinances and area studies for which sections are being reserved in the re-write of the LDC.  In addition, the BCC has directed the County Attorney to develop certain subject specific ordinances. Comments on any and all sections of the re-written LDC are welcome and encouraged.  If you have comments the attached form can be used and suggestions sent to cjolly@pascocountyfl.net .  All comments will be made available to the County staff and to the LDC Stakeholders Committee during their meetings.
