What is PCPT?
PCPT is an acronym for Pasco County Public Transportation. PCPT provides transportation to residents and visitors by means of a fixed-route bus service in East and West Pasco County. Paratransit service, which is an advance-reservation service for persons unable to use the bus service, is available thoughout the entire county. Participants must be eligible and registered to use the paratransit service. The central portion of the county does not currently have bus service.

The PCPT Administrative Office is located at 8620 Galen Wilson Boulevard, Port Richey, 34668.

What are the hours of operation?
PCPT Administrative Office: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Closed holidays. Information: 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Transit service: You can find all the schedule times by checking the PCPT Web site at "Routes and Schedules" or by calling your area's PCPT information number. Paratransit service: Trips are reserved.
What are the fares?
PCPT offers a variety of ways to pay for your trip from one-way cash fares up to multi-day passes. Please check the PCPT Web site or call your area's PCPT information number.
Where can I purchase a bus pass?
A 1-Day bus pass can be purchased on the bus. To purchase other passes by mail, visit the PCPT Web site and select "Fares and Passes." To find out other locations where passes can be purchased, call your area's PCPT information number.
Does PCPT travel to other counties?
The West Pasco bus service connects with the Pinellas County bus system, PSTA, at two locations in Tarpon Springs. Out of county paratransit trips must be pre-approved.
Can I use a bus pass from another county?
PCPT bus passes are not currently interchangeable with any other bus service.
Where do I call for lost and found articles on the bus?
For lost and found articles, you can stop by the Pasco County Public Transportation Offices located at 8620 Galen Wilson Blvd, Port Richey, or call (727) 834-3322 for West Pasco. For East Pasco, go to 30904 Warder Road, San Antonio, or call (352) 521-5102 or (813) 235-6073. The TTY number is (800) 338-5430. |
