Welcome to the Utility Services website. Pasco County Utilities has a mission.

We will be a progressive and highly respected leader in providing quality services to our customers at a reasonable cost in an environmentally responsible manner. The Utility Services Branch provides Water and Sewer Services, Reclaimed Water, Solid Waste/Resource Recovery, Recycling, Hazardous Waste, Environmental Lab and Street Lighting service to most of the residents in Pasco County.
