WELCOME to Code Compliance

 The goal of the Code Compliance Division is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the Pasco County Land Development Code and ordinances.

The Code Compliance Division is responsible for the enforcement of County Codes and Ordinances pertaining to zoning, occupational licensing, environmental, and consumer law. Code Compliance Officers respond to resident inquiries concerning zoning violations; public nuisances, air, water, and soil pollution, tree preservation and removal and other problems related to land development within the county. Code Compliance Officers also investigate some consumer law violations.

The Public Information staff receives and distributes citizen's requests for information and service to the appropriate county agencies. The Public Information staff also assists in directing visitors and guest to agency destinations within the building, complex and County.
